If you purchase an item that you believe to be unauthentic, you have 3 days from the time you receive the item to: contact Simply Chic; take the item in question to the vendor to have it authenticated; provide us with proof that you have sent it to be authenticated. If, when the item is returned to you, it is found to be unauthentic, you must send the item back to Simply Chic as soon as possible. Upon receiving the item Simply Chic will provide you with a full refund including shipping.
